2. Wood products tend to react to differences in environment and temperature levels. A painted wood door can show joint lines over a period of time while a one-piece MDF door will not show those.
3. Finishing products can have different reactions and can show differently depending on the original colour and grains of the material. Minor variations are normal.
4. All doors are custom made to the sizes as confirmed, subject to limitations of production.
5. Various door styles are possible by mixing and matching profiles information subject to limitation of tools and joinery.
6. We recommend centre rails to provide support to the doors taller than 48 inches. Mitre cut doors can’t be done with centre rails in the matching profiles.
7. Slab wood doors will not carry warranty for warping.
8. All orders are recorded as width x height.
9. Grains, depending on the material ordered, are vertical for doors and horizontal for drawer fronts unless requested otherwise.
10. Orders can be placed in metric or imperial measurements as per convenience.
11. Orders are confirmed with all the possible details like door style, material and profiles, finish and price. A ship date is given that is not guaranteed though every effort is made to meet it. Customers are required to check the order confirmation and confirm it back. Work orders are not issued without proper confirmations. Any error must be pointed out before confirming the orders. Changes made to orders after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

13. All invoices must be paid on COD basis or within 30 days of invoice subject to credit approval and business history. Overdue payments carry a 2% interest per month from the date of invoice. Your timely payments help us keep our costs down.
14. Warranty: All wood doors are warrantied for one year and all MDF/PVC thermofoil doors are warrantied for 2 years. Damages caused by mishandling, by heat from appliances, use of abrasives, soapy water, detergents and chemicals to clean the products will void the warranty as will very hot and very cold environment.
